So, we came up with the idea to knit red scarves as a way to raise funds for our adoption expenses. What started as a few scarves for friends to purchase has now turned into a major fundraiser. To date, we have knitted about 175 scarves and sold approx. 75 of them. We also learned how to knit these darling baby hats and they have been very popular as well.
We held our 1st big sale in August and made approx. $1,400.00 for our Emma fund. Needless to say, we were thrilled. With more scarves still to sell, we have set another date this month. We hope to have another successful day.
